Keynotes & workshops
Fredrik Brännlund (founder and ambassador of Noa) speaks about habits, energy and engagement in groups. Not from theory, but from having built a fully remote company with people in nine countries and seen what happens when people start building habits together. The method he talks about later became Noa, our co-op game for building habits.
Keynote
It tends to become a fire talk. Fredrik weaves numbers and substance with stories from his own company and his own life, and lands in something simple: we take care of ourselves for the people we love, not for our egos. And it doesn't have to be a process of suffering.
The room leaves with two things. An understanding of why habits die in everyday life, and an urge to start building.
Working titles right now (shaped together with you, from where your team stands):

- Remote culture that holds together
- Focus and mental clarity in a distracted age
- Energy without burnout
The workshop, a half day.
For teams that want to go further than inspiration. Guided exercises, reflection in small groups, and a concrete ending: each person picks their first habit, and the team decides how you continue together.
That's what separates this workshop from most others. It doesn't end when the day does, it's the starting shot for a well-oiled team through healthier habits.
